Android vs iPhone |
To switch, or not to switch? It took me a long time to build up the courage to get rid of my iPhone and buy an HTC Droid Incredible. The iPhone is an amazing accomplishment, and I had a great few years with it. But there were a few things that kept driving me crazy.
It's been a few months since I took the plunge now, and I'm ready to deliver a final verdict. Here's what you need to know if you're thinking of making the switch.
AWESOME: Android gives the user much more power to customize Switching from the iPhone to Android is all about getting control. Apple is all about figuring out the right way for things to look and work, and making them look and work that way.

Meet Froyo Tablet: The iPad's Next Contender
On the left corner, 1.6 pounds, 9.56 inches high, 7.47 inches width and 0.5 inch thick with WiFi or WiFi+3G model -- Apple iPad!!!
On the right corner, it looks like an iPad with green look-like-an-alien-thing image -- Froyo Tablet!!!
Here it guys, the next contender, the one who will kick iPad's ass (I guess). This Android-powered tablet is still on the drawing board or maybe in their lab making it better everyday, preparing for it's head to head combat with iPad. Well guys, its not out there yet. It seems to be LG has its blueprint.
So watch out for this big green guy! This might be or might not happen (Jedi mind trick). Well, maybe next year we will see this guy kicking some ass. Cool.
OR MAYBE NOT. Since LG scraps their plans for this Froyo tablet.

3D Movies on iPhone and Android
I really like the idea of having 3D movies on your iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch and Android. Anyway this is still being work on, the good thing about this is you don't have to wear 3D glasses. As per developer of the application called 3DeeCentral, you will need to use a thin film like a screen protector on your device, cool right?
3DeeCentral will be out later in the fall and will cost less than $20 which will release for iOS and Android devices.
The Business Insider tried it and here's what they can say about it:
"But we just tried it out, and it was real, live 3D right there on the phone. And that was awesome"
