Project HTPC: Jack Sparrow

I finally made up my mind... I'm building my own HTPC and I called it, Jack Sparrow.
Here's what's gonna be Jack Sparrow:

CPU: AMD Athlon II X2 245 2.9ghz 2x1mb
MoBo: MiniX 785G-SP128MB
RAM: 2x 1gb Kingston DDR2 800
HDD: WDC Caviar Blue 500gb/16mb (WD5000AAKS) sata
Case: Thermaltake TT Element Q mini ITX case

Software: XBMC Live or Windows 7 Ultimate with XBMC media player

Plus:
WDC Caviar Green 2tb/64mb (WD20EARS) sata + Astone ISO GEAR 481E 3.5 SATA to USB2.0 eSATA HHD enclosure

MiniX 785G-SP128MB

After reading reviews and comparing spec's of this mobo, I finally considered the MiniX 785G-SP128MB against AsRock A330ION. It got all that I need, a HDMI port and Optical out S/PDIF port. The MiniX 785G-SP128MB has the AMD® 785G + SB710 (Built in Radeon™ HD 4200 Graphics, DirectX® 10.1 Ready, with 128MB side-port DDR2 memory onboard) chipset and the Realtek ALC 885 HD Audio Codec.

All in all, this HTPC has low power consumption. Future proof. Serviceable. Upgradeable.

I'll post update later. Gonna read more about XBMC live.
Target completion: Dec. 25, 2010

Update 1: Oh my... I wanna get Measy E8HD instead.
